PRICES: The Living Room is a small shop with a small staff, so sometimes prices on craigslist don't get updated to match those online or in the store. We will gladly honor the lowest published price; just bring it to our attention.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
As this site is being constructed, our payment options are:
1) Use the shopping cart on this website and pay with Paypal to the account for [email protected]; we will process your payment and bill you for shipping costs* before shipping, unless you have made arrangements to pick up your purchase at our storefront.
OR
2) Phone the store during business hours and purchase with a bank card (Mastercard or Visa). 425-877-1074, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday
OR
3) Come in person and make your purchase at our store at 6524 NE 181st Street, Suite 10, Kenmore, WA 98028, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
SHIPPING COSTS:
If you are not able to pick up your purchase at our store, we can make recommendations for local delivery.
If you need your purchase shipped, the online shopping cart calculators may give you a near estimate. However, if the calculated shipping does not cover the actual shipping costs, you will need to make arrangements to pay the difference before your purchase is shipped. Please contact us if you need help to confirm shipping costs.
We cannot be held liable if your purchase is damaged in transit. Your shipping costs include insurance unless you specify otherwise in writing (email is acceptable: thelivingroominkenmore @ gmail.com).
RETURN POLICY:
Our merchandise is consigned and mostly secondhand sold "as is". We try to describe our items accurately, and you are always welcome to call or email with questions. We do not offer refunds unless our description does not match your purchase. In some cases, we offer store credit for items returned with prior approval. If you have questions, please contact us.

Our goal is a win-win transaction, so if you have questions before or after a sale, please contact us. We love to connect down-sizers with nest-builders, so that beautiful and useable items can be enjoyed in a new household rather than fill up a landfill. Our buyers enjoy finding quality secondhand merchandise at great prices and understand that unless we describe as item as "mint", there will likely be evidence of prior use.
The items for sale on this website are also available in our brick-and-mortar store in Kenmore, WA. We try to keep this website up-to-date immediately as sales are made locally, but it is just possible that you might make a purchase and find that the item is no longer available. If that happens, we will, of course, refund your payment.
